Inkblot Therapy is now part of GreenShield Health and the digital health ecosystem. If you have not been notified to migrate your account from Inkblot to GreenShield+, you can continue to use Inkblot Therapy as you normal would.
If you have been notified that you are migrating to GreenShield+, you can now access your mental health counselling through our updated, integrated health platform. Your care provider matches, appointment history, and session notes will all be retained and accessible when you migrate your Inkblot account to GreenShield+.
How do I access mental health counselling on GreenShield+?
- Sign up for GreenShield as:
- A person accessing GreenShield+ Health services through your employer or organization by visiting the Create your account as a person accessing GreenShield through your employer or organization article.
- A dependant of an employee with a plan member ID or organization code by visiting the Create your account as a dependant article.
- An individual purchasing and accessing GreenShield+ Health services for yourself (not through your employer or organization) by visiting the Create your account as an individual article.
- From the Navigation Bar, select Health Services and then Mental Health and then Counselling.
- You will be prompted to answer Do you have an Inkblot Therapy account?
- Select Yes, I already have an Inkblot account.
- Enter the email and password you used for your Inkblot account.
- If you've forgotten your password, please visit the Change your personal details, email address, or password article and reset your password before migrating your account to ensure you enter the correct password.
Your Inkblot account will now be linked to your GreenShield+ account and you will be able to view your counsellor matches, details about past and upcoming appointments, and session notes on GreenShield+.
