If your care provider has no availability, a Message my care provider option appears on their profile card on your Dashboard, My Care Team, and Appointments screens. You can select this option to message them, or message them through the Inbox. You can inquire about when they are free and suggest times that would work for you.
If you find that your care provider has no upcoming availability, and you would like to meet with someone right away, you can change care providers. For more information, see the Unmatch with a Care Provider article.
