From the
Dashboard screen, select Book an Appointment.

Select whether you want to book an Initial consultation or a Paid appointment.

Select whether you want your appointment to be using Video or Voice.

Select how long you want your appointment to be.

On the Select a date calendar, select the date you want your appointment to be. Available dates are outlined in grey.

In the Select a time section, select a time that works for you.

Select Continue.

Select Confirm Booking.
On the Dashboard screen, select Book a Counselling Session.

Select whether you want to book an Initial consultation or a Paid appointment.

Confirm the modality of the appointment.

Select how long you want your appointment to be.

On the Select a date calendar, select the date you want your appointment to be. Available dates are outlined in grey.

In the Select a time section, select a time that works for you.

Select Next.

Confirm your method of payment.

After confirming your appointment details, select Confirm Booking.
If your care provider has no availability, you can send them a message.

From the
Dashboard, select the
icon.

You can inquire about when they are free and suggest times that would work for you.
If you've matched with a care provider that doesn't have any availability, you can change care providers to find someone with availability that works for you.
After you have confirmed the Date and Time of your appointment, you can add benefits coverage on the Confirm Booking page. Currently, Inkblot only provides direct billing for GreenShield Customers.

Select I Have Benefits Coverage and select your insurance provider.

Add in your Policy ID and Dependent number.

Select Verify account.

Ensure that the option to Direct Bill This Appointment is set to ON.

Select Confirm Booking.
During the sign up flow, you will be prompted to answer whether this therapy appointment is related to a dental, motor vehicle, or workplace accident. This could affect your coverage, but it will not be shared with your employer.
