Join a video appointment

1. From the Appointments screen, in the Upcoming Appointments section, select Join.

2. Complete the Pre-Session Assessment questions that appear on your screen. Select Next.

3. Select Join my Session. You'll enter the video call for your appointment and be joined by your care provider.

When the appointment is over, you'll be asked to rate your appointment based on a number of criteria. Once you've done that, select Complete Session.

Join a video appointment from the mobile app

1. From the Appointments screen, in the Upcoming Appointments section, select Join.

3. Select Join my Session. You'll enter the video call for your appointment and be joined by your care provider.

When the appointment is over, you'll be asked to rate your appointment based on a number of criteria. Once you've done that, select Complete Session.

When you are in an appointment there are many things you can do.

To	Do
Mute yourself	Select the Microphone icon.
Turn off video	Select the Camera icon.
Send a message	Select the Chat icon. Type your message in the message field. Select the Send icon.
Add notes	Select the Notes icon. Type any notes you have for yourself about the session.
Get the backup phone number	Select the Audio Difficulties icon. Call the number that appears on the screen for your unique, private connection to your care provider.
Reconnect to the session	Select the Reconnect icon.
End the session	Select the Complete Session button.
