On the
Appointments screen, in the Upcoming Appointments section, select the date for an upcoming session and select Cancel Appointment.

Select Yes - Cancel.
Please note that cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a late cancellation fee. This fee is equivalent to the charge for the appointment.
If you need to cancel an appointment for an extenuating circumstance, please message your care provider to inform them of your situation and ask if they are willing to waive the late cancellation fee. If you require any assistance, please our Support Team.

On the
Appointments screen, in the Appointments section, select Book an Appointment.

Select the appointment type and duration.

In the Select a date calendar, select the date you want your appointment to be.

In the Select a time section, select the time that works best for you.

Select Continue.

Select Confirm Booking.
