View files from or send files to your care provider

View a file or resource from your care provider

1. On the My Care Team screen, select View Details & Resources.

2. In the Resources section, find the resource you want to view and select Download.

Send a file to your care provider

1. On the My Care Team screen, select View Details & Resources.

2. In the Send Files section, select Select File.

3. Browse your computer to find the file you want to send, then select Open.

4. Select Send.

View and sent files to you care provider on the mobile app

1. On the My Care Team screen, select the care provider's profile.

2. To view files, navigate to the Resources section to view or download resources.

3. To send files, navigate to the Send Files section and select Select File.

   Browse your mobile device and select the file you want to send.

   Select Send.
