There are a variety of reasons you might need to unmatch from your care provider, including availability or perhaps they just weren't the right fit for you. You can change your care provider and match with another provider to continue your journey.

On the
My Care Provider screen, select View Details & Resources.

In the Care Provider Preferences section, select Unmatch.

From the drop-down menu, select the reason you wish to unmatch from your care provider.

Select Yes, unmatch.
