It’s important to set up your computer or mobile device in a quiet, well lit space. Consider what is in the background, and how the natural lighting will affect how clearly your therapist can see you throughout the appointment.
Try testing out the Inkblot platform in advance of your first appointment. This provides you with an opportunity to iron out any technical difficulties ahead of the appointment. If you have technical difficulties during your call, there is a toll-free phone number provided on your appointment screen that you can call to connect with your care provider.
We recommend joining the video call using Google Chrome, Safari, Internet Edge, or Firefox. Internet Explorer is not supported and is not recommended. Make sure that your camera, microphone, and sound are enabled if your browser asks permission to access them.
