If you are eligible for in-person counselling appointments through your organization's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits, you can be matched with an in-person counsellor using our in-person matching process. After you have completed the matching survey, select See a counsellor in-person. On the pop-up screen that appears, select Request an in-person counsellor. An email will be sent to our Support Team, who will do their best to match you with an in-person counsellor near you in a timely manner. You are always able to switch back to matching with a virtual counsellor if you want to change your mind or meet with someone more quickly.
After you are matched with an in-person counsellor, you can book your in-person appointments through the usual booking method and selecting In-person as the modality.
