Health services, like therapy, are often covered by insurance providers and can be claimed for reimbursement. Direct Billing is when you provide insurance information to Inkblot so we can bill your insurance company for your sessions, instead of you. Currently, Inkblot only provides Direct Billing for GreenShield customers.
You can add and save Benefits Coverage to your Inkblot Dashboard to make billing through your insurance provider easier.

On the Dashboard of your Inkblot account, navigate to the
Preferences screen.

On Billing Details, select Modify Benefits Coverage.

Enter in your Primary Insurance Provider and your Policy ID and Dependent Number.

Once the information is correct, select Verify Account.

To bill directly by default, ensure the Direct Billing option is set to ON.

On the Dashboard screen, navigate to the
menu and select Billing Details.

In the Benefits Coverage section, select Modify Benefits Coverage.

Select your Primary Insurance Provider and enter your Policy ID and Dependent Number.

Once the information is correct, select Verify Account.
The insurance provider that offers direct billing for you must be listed as the primary insurance policy. If you run out of coverage on your primary insurance policy, the outstanding amount of the session would need to be submitted to a secondary insurance policy manually, if applicable.
